1. Our Services | خدماتنا
We provide professional sofa reupholstery, curtain alteration, fabric change, sofa repair, and leather restoration services in North Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
نقدم خدمات تنجيد الكنب، تفصيل الستائر، تغيير القماش، إصلاح الكنب، وترميم الجلد في شمال الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
2. Booking & Free Quote | الحجز وعرض السعر المجاني
- Free quotes are provided via WhatsApp or phone call
- Free home visits are available for all North Riyadh customers
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
عروض الأسعار المجانية متاحة عبر الواتساب أو الاتصال الهاتفي. الزيارات المنزلية المجانية متاحة لجميع عملاء شمال الرياض. العروض صالحة لمدة 7 أيام من تاريخ الإصدار.
3. Pricing & Payment | الأسعار والدفع
- Prices vary based on sofa size, fabric choice, and repair complexity
- Final price is confirmed before any work begins
- Payment methods: Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or online payment
- 50% deposit may be required for custom fabric orders
تختلف الأسعار حسب حجم الكنب، اختيار القماش، وتعقيد الإصلاح. يتم تأكيد السعر النهائي قبل بدء أي عمل. طرق الدفع: الدفع عند الاستلام، تحويل بنكي، أو دفع إلكتروني. قد يطلب وديعة 50% لطلبات الأقمشة المخصصة.

4. Free Pickup & Delivery | التوصيل والاستلام المجاني
- Free pickup and delivery is available in all North Riyadh areas
- Standard turnaround time: 2-3 days for most services
- Customers will be notified 24 hours before delivery
- Please inspect the work upon delivery
التوصيل والاستلام المجاني متاح في جميع مناطق شمال الرياض. وقت التسليم القياسي: 2-3 أيام لمعظم الخدمات. سيتم إخطار العملاء قبل 24 ساعة من التوصيل. يرجى فحص العمل عند الاستلام.
5. Warranty Policy | سياسة الضمان
- Workmanship Warranty: 1 year on all reupholstery and repair work
- Fabric Warranty: 2 years on premium fabrics
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear
- For warranty claims, contact us via WhatsApp with photos of the issue
ضمان العمل: سنة واحدة على جميع أعمال التنجيد والإصلاح. ضمان القماش: سنتان على الأقمشة الفاخرة. يغطي الضمان عيوب التصنيع، وليس التآكل العادي. للمطالبة بالضمان، اتصل بنا عبر الواتساب مع صور المشكلة.
6. Cancellation Policy | سياسة الإلغاء
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50 SAR fee
- Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted
الإلغاء مجاني قبل 24 ساعة من موعد الاستلام المقرر. قد يتم تطبيق رسوم 50 ريال على الإلغاء خلال 24 ساعة. بمجرد بدء العمل، لا يُسمح بالإلغاء.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee | ضمان الرضا
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you\’re not happy with the result, we will re-do the work at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery.
نريدك أن تكون راضياً تماماً عن عملنا. إذا لم تكن سعيداً بالنتيجة، سنقوم بإعادة العمل دون تكلفة إضافية خلال 14 يوماً من التسليم.
8. Limitation of Liability | حدود المسؤولية
Sofa and Curtain Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
استوديو الكنب والستائر غير مسؤول عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن خدماتنا. مسؤوليتنا القصوى محدودة بالمبلغ المدفوع مقابل الخدمة.
9. Changes to Terms | التعديلات على الشروط
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل شروط الخدمة هذه في أي وقت. سيتم نشر التغييرات على هذه الصفحة. الاستمرار في استخدام خدماتنا يعني قبول الشروط المعدلة.
10. Governing Law | القانون الحاكم
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم حل أي نزاعات في محاكم الرياض.
